Join us for Happy Hour at the BARRE. A 60-minute beat-driven workout that combines elements of dance, pilates, yoga, and orthopedic exercises for a workout that will align you better and allow you to engage deeper. Barre is a fun and effective way to build stabilizing muscles, increase muscle endurance, and improve your fitness and athletic ability. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and kick off your shoes because barre is done in socks or bare feet. Please bring a mat, water, and a mask must be worn at all times.
Covid regulations require 6 feet of social distancing and masks are required.
Please arrive early to sign waivers and get set up. Class starts promptly on Thursdays at 6 PM.
