Yoga Burn out Fusion is the best of two fitness worlds into one great workout. Each of these 60minute workouts integrates a variety of combinations of full-body exercises and yoga. YogaBurnout Fusion is a fun, effective way to train your entire body to improve muscle tone, flexibility, strength, and stamina in one workout.
Please bring a mat, water, and a mask. Class participants are limited to 18 and, they must wear masks indoors at all times. SIGN UP HERE
ALL participants will be 12 feet apart with a max of 18 people.
Please arrive early to sign waivers and to get setup.
