Join outside in the SoNo Garden for BARRE for a FREE 60-minute beat-driven workout that combines elements of dance, pilates, yoga, and orthopedic exercises for a workout that will align you better and allow you to engage deeper. Barre is a fun and effective way to build stabilizing muscles, increase muscle endurance, and improve your fitness and athletic ability. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and kick off your shoes because barre is done in socks or bare feet. Please bring a mat and water.
